We went looking for this gizzly and were lucky enough to find it near Mt. Washburn.
We left camp without coffee and planned a stop at the Roosevelt Gas Station but it did not open until 8. After our sightings we drove on to Mammoth for the Beaver Pond Hike.
It was glorious sunflowers, but old beaver ponds, but I overdid my planning. No more back to back day hikes for Charlie. He needs atleast a day to recover. We still can't figure out how to return to Denver. Billings, DuBois, any ideas?
