Hawaii Over Thanksgiving

Last night we attended a Luau at the Royal Kona Hotel. Kali took this picture of the pig coming out of the ground.

Yesterday it was Kapuna Beach. Today we are snorkeling and yakking. I am a little apprehensive about all day and getting cold. How life changes!! I think we will take our own car!

This is a ravi. It is just like being in New Zealand again: all Polynesian stuff. Jeni knows every plant and food stuff--last night poi and tara--a purple like potato similar to a jam from spending two years in Samoa.
